"Rumble in the Jungle"

We are offering two Cub Weekend Camping Sessions, three Webelos Camping Sessions this year. Both Cub Sessions are perfectly on the weekend as they run Friday thru Sunday. The Webelos Camping session vary thru the month of July but are based during the week. The lure and thrill of the great outdoors and big blue sky await you and your boys.

In addition to our "Rumble in the Jungle" theme activities, you will enjoy the traditional Boyhaven campfires, great meals, archery, swimming & boating, fishing from our dock, and working on advancements.

So, plan to spend a session or two at Camp Boyhaven this summer to experience Cub Scouts and "Rumble in the Jungle" Boyhaven style!!

Camp Boyhaven has been specially designed for Cub Scouts, Webelos, and their families. Boyhaven was built with the younger Scout in mind. Lean-to cabins and indoor plumbing make the transition to overnight camping easier for our Cub Scouts and Webelos. Program areas and facilities have also been developed with Cubs and Webelos in mind. Archery ranges, a vertical climbing wall, water slide, and movie night all appeal to our younger Scouts who are spending their first nights away from home.
The NOVA Activity Center is located near the main parking lot in the center of camp where you’ll find the Program office and a Trading Post fully stocked with camp souvenirs and T-shirts, along with drinks and snacks, and a variety of Cub Scout items. When camp is in session, someone is always available at the NOVA Activity Center to answer your questions or provide directions.

All meals are served in Carter Hall, a large dining facility where the staff prepares excellent “kid friendly" meals that parents enjoy too!! The camp includes several campsites equipped with 4-person or 8-person lean-tos and two-man tents on wood platforms. There are wooden bunks in all lean-tos and cots in the tents. Latrines and washstands with running cold water are located in each campsite. Hot showers are within walking distance of each site.
